Hello, beautiful people!
It's been a few days since I've talked to you guys so I figured since it's almost 2am here and I can't sleep, this would make for the perfect time!
New changes have been made since the ban on Gay Marriage was overturned and ruled unconstitutional here in Wisconsin. Here's a blurb from Huffington post:
"A federal judge on Friday put same-sex marriages in
Wisconsin on hold, a week after she struck down the state's
same-sex marriage ban as unconstitutional, a move that allowed
more than 500 couples to wed over the last eight days."
You can read the full article here! Apparently it was put on hold while the Republican Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen's appeal is pending. I realize that some Republicans are not open-minded and would like "us gays" not to marry, but for the Attorney General, is this really the most important thing for him to focus on? What's your opinion?
