About Me
My name is Christina, I'm 26, and I have Cerebral Palsy. I spent 23 years growing up and living in the San Francisco Bay Area and in May of 2013 moved to Wisconsin. I am also queer. When I came out I was overwhelmed with the feeling that I now had two things to be judged about and stared at for. My double whammy.
I wanted to create this blog to share my story and my journey. But I also don't want this blog to be all about me. I just want to create more positive awareness about people with disabilities and the LGBT community. This is intended for my story, resources for LGBT people and disabled people. This is a safe and accepting space.
No more bullying. No more online bullying. Ignorance is not bliss. Learn about people and make new friends. Being different should be celebrated not ignored or given dirty looks simply because you don't know enough to make an educated opinion.
We are all special, we are all deserving of love, and we are all deserving of being heard.
